of the land taxation data of large forests
with a view of a quantitative estimation
of forest fire danger |

Forecasting and estimation of forest fire danger is an important part of actions of system under the prevention and liquidation of forest fires. Most likely, this part of actions causes success of actions on liquidation of seats of forest fire. Timely use of the look-ahead and estimated information on forest fire danger concrete supervised forested territories will allow to develop the optimum plan of warning actions. As suppression of seats of forest fire as show events of a fire-dangerous season of 2010 in the Central Russia and 2012 in the Tomsk region, frequently does not bring notable results and fires proceed before full burning out of a large forest or the beginning of the rain period. The present paper is devoted to description of methodical and technical bases of use of the forest taxation data of large forests with a view of a quantitative estimation of forest fire danger. As a reference source of ignition the radiant thermal flux is considered. Spatial detailed elaboration of a method of an estimation of forest fire danger at level «site–quarter». Forest taxation descriptions are used for definition of forest fire danger on forest and vegetation conditions. In addition, probably to consider anthropogenous loading and storm activity. Formulas for calculation of probability of occurrence of forest fires are obtained on the basis of base positions of probability theory. The description of technological questions of realisation of a technique of a quantitative estimation of forest fire danger in geoinformation system is resulted. As the initial information on spatial placing of forest areas is presented on the paper carrier process of creation of a vector class of spatial objects consisted of following stages:
scanning;
spatial binding of the raster image;
vectoring. Creation of a polygonal class of objects.
