The study of culture in a medium Scenedesmus quadricauda with shungite and eosin |

It is shown that the combined action of eosin-n and shungita on population growth of algae culture stimulated. The most rapid growth of the culture of microalgae occurs when added to the culture medium only shungite. The examination of cells on a fluorescent microscope revealed that the highest percentage of dead cells when exposed eosin. Since the generated singlet oxygen acts on the cells, causing them to lethal damage. Least of all the dead cells formed when shungite is present in the environment. It is assumed that shungite alters the structure of water so that the medium for algae becomes more favorable for the growth of culture. For a more detailed analysis of the growth of the culture at the same time were investigated parameters of chlorophyll fluorescence of algae Scenedesmus quadricauda. Cells in the presence of algae in a medium shungita grow better, i.e. the efficiency of photosynthesis, the number of cells and the proportion of live cells get bigger. Apparently schungite culture medium acts on the one hand, as an antioxidant, the other – as a sorbent. In addition, it can change the redox state of the environment. Thus, shungit water inactivates the action of singlet oxygen, which is formed from the dye, and stimulates the growth of a population of algae Scenedesmus quadricauda.
