Ecological Systems and Devices Annotation << Back Development results of gas nanosensors based on carbon nanotubes (Рart I) Buzanovskii V.A. According to analysis results of constructional features of the gas nanosensors based on metals these devices are divided into three groups: nanosensors with the sensitive elements consisting or containing a covering only of metal (group 1), nanosensors with the sensitive elements consisting or containing a covering of metal with an external layer of other material (group 2), nanosensors with the sensitive elements consisting or containing a covering of the composite based on metal (group 3). The given part of article is devoted to consideration of gas nanosensors of groups 1 and 2. It is marked, that devices of group 1 can consist or have a covering of palladium, platinum, gold, silver or tellurium. Nanosensors of groups 2 can be additionally subdivided into two subgroups: devices with the sensitive elements consisting or containing a covering of metal with an external layer of other metal (subgroup 1) and devices with the sensitive elements consisting or having a covering of metal with an external layer of the composite based on two metals.
