Development results of gas nanosensors based
on carbon nanotubes (Рart I) |

According to analysis results of constructional features of the gas nanosensors based on metals these devices are divided into three groups: nanosensors with the sensitive elements consisting or containing a covering only of metal (group 1), nanosensors with the sensitive elements consisting or containing a covering of metal with an external layer of other material (group 2), nanosensors with the sensitive elements consisting or containing a covering of the composite based on metal (group 3). The given part of article is devoted to consideration of gas nanosensors of groups 1 and 2. It is marked, that devices of group 1 can consist or have a covering of palladium, platinum, gold, silver or tellurium. Nanosensors of groups 2 can be additionally subdivided into two subgroups: devices with the sensitive elements consisting or containing a covering of metal with an external layer of other metal (subgroup 1) and devices with the sensitive elements consisting or having a covering of metal with an external layer of the composite based on two metals. Brief data on characteristics of gas nanosensors of groups 1 and 2 are demonstrated.
