Explosive works in quarries
as a consumer of atmospheric air |

Propose an approach for Impact Assessment on atmospheric air of dust and gas emissions from explosive works in quarries, as a consumer of resources, of atmospheric air, since each of the emitted to the atmosphere during the explosion of components is essentially replaces the natural resource during the period of its existence in the atmosphere. The assessment is performed with using the statistical data on the work Russian iron ore quarries throughout the year. The calculation results show a change of resource consumption of atmospheric air in time with the release of dust and gas clouds as a whole and its individual components (dust, toxic and non-toxic gases). Using of the proposed approach allows us to trace the dynamics of the resource consumption of atmospheric air after blasting and to identify the most dangerous components of emissions at different temporal stages of the existence dust and gas clouds. This makes it possible to take the necessary measures to ensure the safety of those areas through which it can proceed.
