Considerable interest at present is the determination of the effective application of construction secondary construction resources (HRV) obtained in the reconstruction of various industrial and social facilities. The author has identified and reviewed several major structural differences of HRV from other types of secondary material resources (SMR), which require special approaches to the problem of improving the efficiency of their processing and use. In this paper the analysis of a number of key factors that characterize the situation with the use of structural HRV in our country. Performed analysis and developed the composition and technology cycles for complex processing of structural HRV. Reasoned approach to integrated structural use HRV, which is that their processing should begin not at the stage of their education and collection, and at all stages of recycling: from decision making about the beginning of the reconstruction of the object, design work, construction and dismantling, actually bring in a conditioned state and processing, to stage storage of waste on the base-polygons, while minimizing the formation of non-recoverable waste and obtaining the maximum economic benefit from their processing. The directions of increase of efficiency of processing structural HRV, which can be realized by arranging the secondary market construction resources, the development of regional enterprises for the processing of HRV and create industry-recycling construction resources.
