Ecological Systems and Devices Annotation << Back ASSESSMENT OF ECONOMIC EFFECT OF PROCESSING OF CONSTRUCTIONAL SECONDARY CONSTRUCTION RESOURCES AT THE ENTERPRISES G.G. Lunev Among the ways to increase the effi ciency of the construction industry through the use of intensive factors should highlight the use of secondary raw materials (SU) to replace primary raw materials required for production, raw materials, manufactured of secondary building resources (SBR) – material accumulation of raw materials, substances, materials and construction waste generated in the process of reconstruction, technical re-equipment, the complete demolition of obsolete facilities, residential buildings and structures, as well as new construction and production of construction materials. The greatest interest at present is the problem of increase of effi ciency of processing structural metal SBR. The article describes the distinctive structural features of SBR, which is that most of them can be used directly in further construction in the quality of the fi nished products, structures, equipment, and materials without signifi cant rework. The economic rationale for the effi - ciency of the SBR enterprises in the sphere of technical production is invited to consider for business conditions, as processing plants, and construction and demolition organizations – suppliers of building SBR. In the work performed calculations on the basic use-cases for SBR, which confi rm the conclusion that the most effective way of using the SBR is an option for their complete processing, making conforming status and usage in the construction industry secondary commodity products. Research and practice of integrated use of SBR processing enterprises of its kind in Russia and abroad shows that the profi tability of existing complexes reaches for the construction of up to 35 % at constant growth of demand for this type of service.
