Bogoslovsky On the analysis of existing and emerging technical means of destructive electromagnetic impacts on radio and electricity objects and information – communication technologies an domestic and foreign press overview of the modern state of the problem of electromagnetic terrorism is given. There are analyzed the specifi cs, types, principle of operation, basic properties. Considered the most important concepts of the application of these means, the facts of electromagnetic terrorism. Discussed the issues related to the history of electromagnetic weapons creation, as well as countermeasures and protection with the threat of electromagnetic terrorism.
