INVESTIGATION OF POSSIBILITIES OF DISPOSAL OF TAILINGS IN THE HARDENING OF FILLING MIXTURE FOR UNDERGROUND MINING IN PERMAFROST

This article discusses the possibility of disposing of tailings in hardening fi lling mixtures for underground mining. In the
development of ore deposits of non-ferrous and rare metals majority (at least 80…90 %) of the mineral remains in place in
the form of mining tailings. This material, in the end, is located in the surface tailings, which are located only in the recesses
of the relief or temporary streams in the valleys. When organizing a closed loop circulation of this type of solid waste direct
environmental effect is expressed in the form of preventing the complete destruction of the biota in the square, the value of
which depends on the volume V tailings dam height and terrain. Get this effect is only possible by returning tailings in goaf
mining. The main thing is not suffi ciently solved problem is extremely complex chemical composition of tailings sulphide
ores of most non-ferrous metals, and especially – the content of active sulfur. It is assumed that the cause of instability and
loss of strength of fi lling mixture SHHTS (slag tailings cement) is sulfate corrosion backfi ll concrete, so important in the
study of the infl uence of sulfur contained in the tailings, the quality of the backfi ll concrete has a ratio between the amounts
of sulfur and cement (S/C) in the AP, as the main components involved in the formation of destructive ettringite. Analysis of
the results of laboratory studies revealed a relationship as a bookmark on the ratio of cement and sulfur (S/C) in the fi lling
mixture. With an increase in the specifi c consumption of tails and a corresponding decrease in specifi c consumption rate of
strength development of slag AP SHHTS declined. Increasing the ratio S / C leads to a decrease in the strength of bookmarks
in all target dates trials (28, 90 and 180 days).
