The article presents the information about the response the morphological study of the reaction (a method of fl uctuating asymmetry FA), silver birch (Betula pendula Roth.), Norway maple (Acer platanoides L.) and linden (Tilia cordata Mill.) In a metropolis. To compare the anthropogenic load in the different functional areas of the city is useful a method of frequency distribution in all classes of ecosystem stability. It was established experimentally that for a recreational zone of Moscow
for the value of the FA birch on average equal to 0,025±0,019, limes – 0,024±0,012, maple – 0,071±0,035, compared to the
residential area birch 0,0476±0,033, linden – 0,040±0,027, maple – 0,093±0,049. On the territory of the m etropolis as the
distance from the roadway road and rail transport value of the FA changed: in a radius of 30...50 m sharply decreased by
2...4 times (0.01...0.03), 100...800 m gradually increased to 0,04...0,08.
