Alilova The history and modern condition of ecological views in Russia are studied based on the literature and the historical data. Based on the literature and archives, the history and modern condition of ecologial views in Russia are studied. The relation towards the nature since the ancient times up until now is shown, and also the importance of observing homeland nature is emp hasized on, as well as the necessity for humankind to live in harmony with nature and its laws. A man should consider himself a part of nature, not its master. The article describes a strategy and expected results of solving one of the most important problems of humankind, and a large contribution to the ecology made by many Russian scientists – from M.V.
