SIMULATION OF DELIVERY ROUNDWOOD CUSTOMERS AUTOTRAIN |

We conducted a comparative study of the effect of radioactive pollution and confounding risk factors on the prevalence of cardiovascular system in people living in the Urals region. As a control territory, we selected Koryukovo village, located in the Kurgan region, and is remotely located from the Techa River. The case territory is the localities in the coastal area
of the Techa River. We considered the confounding risk factors associated with pathologies of cardiovascular system, including gender, age, overweight, and others. We determined a statistically signifi cant infl uence of man-made radioactive contamination of the prevalence of pathologies of cardiovascular system in people living in the coastal settlements of the Techa River (RR=1,62). A statistically signifi cant gender differences are revealed in the prevalence of pathologies of cardiovascular system in residents of radioactively contaminated areas compared with the control. These differences show a more pronounced reaction to the contamination in men (RR=2,01). A statistically signifi cant effect of radioactive contamination on the prevalence of pathologies of cardiovascular system was found under the infl uence of confounding factors such as belonging to the older age categories, the presence of overweight and having meteotropic reactions.
