INNOVATIVE DIRECTIONS IN THE USE OF WASTE FLOTATION OF ANTHRACITE AND SLAG FROM THE PRODUCTION OF
FERROSILITE IN CERAMIC MATERIALS BASED ON CLAY PART OF «TAILS» OF GRAVITY |

The infl uence of the content of waste fl otation of anthracite and slag from production of ferrosilicon on the physicomechanical
properties of ceramic materials based on clay part of «tails» of gravity zircon-ilmenite ores without the use
of traditional natural materials. The model of dependence is based on the results of actual experiment and analytically describes the dependency of the results of the experiments. Presents a regression analysis provides a mathematical model that allows the prediction of properties of the ceramic material at points that are not included in the series of experiment. Given that currently, natural resources are depleted, it is necessary to facilitate the involvement of waste production in the industrial turnover for manufacturing building materials. This excludes the costs of exploration, construction and operation of open pits, are released signifi cant land from the impact of negative anthropogenic factors. In addition, the use of waste products in the ceramic material will signifi cantly dispose of industrial waste, saving of scarce traditional natural materials, to expand the resource base of construction materials and will make a signifi cant contribution to environmental protection.
