THE ANALYSIS OF OPERATIONAL CHARACTERISTICS AND SCOPES OF COMPOSITES ON THE BASIS OF SULFUR

In article the main properties of sulfuric composites are considered: low natural radioactive background, high chemical resistance, low prime cost; and their classifi cation by grain structure, density, appointment, release form. Scopes of composites on the basis of sulfur are shown: designs for the enterprises of the food industry and agricultural production, base pillows, the bases, wall, base and socle blocks, piles, facing plates, embedded parts at construction of pipelines and heating mains, prigruzochny blocks of oil and gas pipelines, support of drilling platforms; elements of road and railway construction (cross ties, sidewalk and road boards, fl oorings of bridges, onboard and curbstones, alarm and protective road columns, strengthening tiles, elements of drainage pipes); elements of transitions through water barriers, the fl ooded sites, sites of temporary dry water currents (including. concrete steel pipes of gas pipelines); wall materials, brick, tile; storages and containers for utilization of aggressive waste. Results of researches of operational properties of a composite on the basis of sulfur received from oil processing waste are considered: low water absorption, high water tightness, suffi cient durability, high corrosion resistance, especially solestoykost. According to the received characteristics scopes of the received composite material as the isolating layer of grounds of waste, sludge depots are recommended. In article the comparative analysis of the received operational characteristics of sulfuric composite material with its analogs (a bituminous and polymeric
waterproofi ng) is carried out. It is shown that the received material has lower cost and water absorption in comparison with analogs and also accepted by chemical fi rmness and durability.
