THE CLASSIFICATION OF WASTE FUEL AND ENERGY COMPLEX WITH ACCOUNT OF THE CHEMICAL COMPOSITION, TECHNOLOGICAL PROPERTIES AND FUNCTIONAL ACCESSORIES IN THE PRODUCTION OF CERAMIC MATERIALS
V.Z. Abdrakhimov, E.S. Abdrakhimova

Presented review article on the use of the most common waste of fuel and energy complex and on the obtained results the classifi cation of waste according to the functional accessories. In a review article for the first time the line that sapantiana 15 patents of the Russian Federation. The obtained ceramic heat-insulating materials based on waste of fuel and energy complex without the use of traditional natural materials. The studied wastes have high calorifi c value, therefore it is advisable to use not only as a burnable additives, to prevent the use in the compositions of ceramic masses of anthracite, coke breeze, etc. Burnable additives not only increase the porosity of ceramic products, but also contribute to the uniform sintering of the ceramic crock. The use of waste fuel and energy complex in the manufacture of insulating materials promotes recycling of industrial waste, environment protection and expansion of raw base for construction materials. Waste of fuel and energy complex it is advisable to use in ceramic products as atomicaly and burnable additives. Some waste fuel and energy complex, having a high content of iron oxide and the glass phase can be used as intensifi ers sintering (to reduce the fi ring temperature). The production of ceramic materials – one of the most material-intensive sectors of the economy, so the rational use of fuel, raw materials and other material resources becomes a decisive factor of its successful development in the conditions of ongoing economic reforms. In this regard, the use of ceramic materials in the waste materials is of particular relevance.
Keywords: waste fuel and energy complex; insulation materials; burnable additives; waste disposal; chemical composition; physical and mechanical properties.
