Ecological Systems and Devices Annotation << Back Bacteriological control of air in plant for cultivation of microorganisms Samygin V.M., Grishina T.A., Zhoga L.K., Aleksandrov A.Yu., Redkozubov S.V., Nguen Thi Ngok Min Estimation of two methods of bacteriological air control in the plant for microorganisms’ cultivation is carried out. It is shown that efficiency of detection of fermentative emissions in an environment depends on method and duration of air sampling, phase of broth culture growth and microbial biomass concentration in reactor. Absorbing impingering method of control in all cases favourably differed from compulsory sedimentation of bacterial particles on surface of solid nutrient medium in impactor.
