THE USE OF SLUDGE OF CARNALLITE CHLORATES AND SPENT CATALYST IN THE PRODUCTION OF HEATRESISTANT CONCRETE |
V.Z. Abdrakhimov, E.S. Abdrakhimova
First time using of carnallite chlorates and spent catalyst obtained composition for manufacturing heat-resistant concrete on the basis of chemical binders ─ phosphoric acid, which is confi rmed by the patent of the Russian Federation. The use of carnallite chlorates and spent catalyst to obtain heat-resistant concrete on the basis of phosphoric acid allows to obtain building materials with high physical-mechanical indicators. The use of waste products reduces the cost of products, recycling of industrial waste, environmental protection expansion of the resource base for ceramic materials and to reduce the negative impact of waste on the environment. Given that currently traditional natural raw material resources in Russia and other CIS countries are exhausted, involving waste products in an industrial revolution will produce high quality construction materials. This released significant land from the impact of negative anthropogenic factors, which contributes to rational use of components of industrial waste dumps in the construction industry. In addition, the use of waste products will allow to create energy - and resource-saving technologies for the production of building materials.
