Ecological Systems and Devices Annotation << Back ENVIRONMENTAL ASSESSMENT PROCESS SAFETY PERERAPROCESSING AND MATERIAL FROM SECONDARY BUILDING RESOURCES G.G. Lunev, V.V. Makarov One of the major factors contributing to the growth of recycling of technogenic origin, is their increasing negative impacts on humans and the ecology of the environment. The article considers the problems of ecological safety of the processing of secondary building resources (SBR), and the use made of these construction products (raw materials, materials, semifi nished products, structures and products) at all stages of their life cycle. The approaches for assessing the harmful effects of manufacturing processes, construction, operation of construction materials and products, the choice of technologies of processing of SBR and operation of bases of polygons for burial of industrial wastes and their impact on the environment and the population. The article justifies the conclusion that the greatest damage to the environment does not directly impact construction products (when she is in a stable physical-chemical and aggregate state), and the negative impact of technological processes for their production, processing SBR and storage of recyclables. Thus, the implementation of a comprehensive approach to evaluating environmental safety education, processing and use of SBR allows to develop measures to reduce negative effects on humans and the ecology of the environment, increase environmental safety during the construction and operation of facilities, with their secondary use and recycling, neutralization and burial.
