Suleymanov The level of aerosol pollution in the atmosphere of oil producing regions is analyzed using satellites data. The likeness and non – similarities between NDVI and bio-activity index of atmospheric – surface system is analyzed. The combined index making it possible to smooth out the temporal variations of its components has been suggested.
