Varfolomeev Current technical methods and devices for air sampling for biopollutants, detection and specific identification of microbial cells, toxins, and biochemical components dangerous for human health are considered. Based on the analysis of control devices for biopollution control manufactured by different companies the basic methods for designing aerosol samplers and microbiological detectors are described. It is demonstrated that for real-time control of biopollutants the most popular nowadays are methods of immune-detection and PCR-assay.
