EFFECTIVE TECHNOLOGY OF JOINT RECYCLING OF BRASS AND WASTE ETCHING |

In this article the problem of utilization of galvanic wastes of industrial production is considered. On the example of the average enterprise the analysis of existing methods of utilization of the fulfilled etching solutions and waste of brass is carried out. Identified and justified the need to use fundamentally new production technologies that do not require high costs and the creation of additional production. On the basis of the study the author proposes a method of recycling brass waste together with spent etching solutions, based on fundamental chemical reactions, the main stages of its use are formulated. Particular attention is drawn to the advantages of the developed technology, real calculations of environmental and economic efficiency. The author shows how to solve the problem, satisfying the interests of enterprises and the country as a whole. As a key proof of the effectiveness of this technology, an example of its implementation is used.
