ADAPTATION OF THE METHODOLOGY THAT RESEMBLE NATURAL ONES MINING TECHNOLOGIES UNDERGROUND MINING OF ORE DEPOSITS IN THE CRYOLITHOZONE |

Ecological features of development of vein deposits of nonferrous, rare and precious metals are considered and it is established that at the present stage of development of Geotechnology modernization of mining production is made only in the direction of increase of economic indicators, and questions of preservation of biota or are only declared, or solved on the residual principle in the form of infinite fight against consequences, without elimination of the reasons. The need for a radical change of the paradigm of relations between the techno - and biosphere on the basis of the biological imperative is substantiated. The methodology of adaptation of the principles of construction of natural-like Geotechnology of underground mining of ore deposits to the features of the cryolithozone, including: the basis of the methodology and its logical structure; the basic methodological principles arising from the concept of natural similarity, as well as the justification of methodological solutions corresponding to the conditions of development of permafrost deposits. A fundamentally new concept of construction of geotechnologies, providing the possibility of implementation of biologically justified restrictions and ensuring the preservation of the natural biota of the Earth in the development of mineral resources of its interior in the Arctic and Subarctic.
