GEO-INFORMATION AND COMPUTING TECHNOLOGIES FOR MONITORING NATURALTECHNICAL SYSTEMS FOR ENSURING ENVIRONMENTAL SAFETY OF COAL MINING PROCESS |

Increasing demand for coal products leads to the increase mining activities. Con-sequently, in coal deposits areas the technogenic impact on the environment will increase. Modern remote methods for monitoring changes in natural-technical systems allowed the authors to analyze the ecological situation in the area of the Bureinsky coal basin. It is an information system of Constellation-VEGA providing options of operational distant work with the data of satellite observations. As a result of the study, the area of dust exposure at the site of opencast mining of coal deposits has been determined, the concentrations of SO2, CO2, NO2 in the surface layers of the atmosphere have been revealed, the concentration of techno-genic dust in the territory of the adjacent village.has been established. According to the satellite imagery the spatial and temporal dynamics of dust exposure and condition of vegetation in the technogenic area. were identified. Analysis of the NDVI dynamics for the period from 2001 to 2018 led to the conclusion that the indicators of the quality of vegetation in the technogenic territory are dependent on the activities of the production complex.
