Zagorskaya Technological aspects of waste and secondary resources management in construction industry are discussed. It is remarked that almost all construction waste (such as bricks, concrete, asphalt, reinforced concrete, roofi ng, etc.) can be utilized as secondary resources, and the main methods of waste utilization are reviewed. It is shown that the major trend in resource saving is using industrial waste (especially coal combustion products of thermal power plants) for manufacturing constriction materials, which solves problems of both construction industry and largevolume industrial waste utilization. Patented technologies are examined, and the possibilities, details and specifics of using waste as a secondary resource for the needs of construction industry are demonstrated.
