Karpunina A method of assessing the stability of the bacteriological state of the water source has been developed based on the results of monitoring the relevant indicators using statistical processes control. A method of updating the border control position for Shewhart and Hotelling charts is proposed. Practical calculations were carried out on the example of analysis of the bacteriological state of the Gulf of Finland.
