An urgent task of implementing the principles of the circular economy in the Russian Federation is to create an effective system for handling electronic and electrical scrap (transistors, relays, wire, electronic scrap, televisions and computer monitors, personal computers and calculators, vacuum tubes). The article relates to a process for recovering metals from electronic and electric waste by means of separation methods (electrical separation, magnetic separation, flotation, air classifying), melting, hydrometallurgy of nonferrous and precious metals.
