Ecological Systems and Devices Annotation << Back About Meso-Scale Fluctuations of Water Masses in the South-Western Part of the Kara Sea Ambrosimov A.K., Kovalyov G.A. The article examines mesoscale fl uctuations of water masses according to observational data in the southwestern part of the Kara Sea in the period from October 2021 to September 2022. Measurements showed that water movements in the autumnwinter period are reversible in the NE-SW directions, which is caused by wind forcing and pulsations of Atlantic waters through the Kara Gate.
