Ecological Systems and Devices Annotation << Back Satellite Data Processing Software Module for the Kuril Islands Leonenkov R.V., Shabramova L.S. The paper presents the results of the scientifi c research capabilities of the "DB PSPSH" modules for the analysis of data from seismically and volcanically active zones in terms of characteristic test sites of the Kuril Islands, including the main components of the landscapes of these zones, important for remote sensing of the Earth (remote sensing). As a result of scientifi c expeditions from 2021 to 2023, comprehensive volcanological and spectral studies of test sites were conducted on the Kuril Islands in order to test the satellite data processing software module for the Kuril Islands. Using the developed modules, groups of points located on Iturup Island in the area of Machekha volcano were analyzed, where characteristic reliable signs of identifi cation of these test sites are clearly visible. Further development and improvement of these modules will make it possible to track dangerous changes and trends, detect them in time and classify them according to remote sensing data.
