The Use of Biological Products for Accelerated
Formation of the Root Layer in the Creation
of Timber Plantations |

The article presents the results of research on the prospects of creating resource-based plantations with highly productive
and fast-growing tree plantations. In the Far Eastern Federal District (Far Eastern Federal District) There is already a
reduction in the area of high-priority natural stands and, consequently, a shortage of wood raw materials, the harvesting of
which is economically beneficial to enterprises of the forestry industry. In this regard, the aim of the work was to substantiate
the need for the use of biological products to activate growth and root-forming processes in seedlings and cuttings of
various tree species for the accelerated creation of industrial forest plantations and the provision of raw materials to the
Russian forest industry in the Far Eastern Federal District. The methodological basis of the research was the teaching of
Academician V.I. Vernadsky on the biosphere and the noosphere and the scientifi c works of forestry scientists in the fi elds
of forestry, forestry, breeding, afforestation, forest ecology, etc. Experimental studies have made it possible to prove the
effectiveness of the use of biologics to activate growth and root-forming processes in seedlings and cuttings of various tree
species in order to accelerate plantation reforestation. The novelty of the proposed technological solutions is confirmed by
the Patent of the Russian Federation.
