Results of electron microscopic studying of about soil’s gel structure were given. It was shown, that gel structure were non uniform and consisted of areas which represented reinforced humic jelly and from areas of it, practically not containing reinforcing colloidal particles It was come out with the assumption that at increase in the maintenance of water there was a reference of structure of an organic part of gel – transition from the organization as «water in oil» to the organization as «oil in water».
