Traffic related air pollution in some district of Ekaterinburg was estimated. Significant associations were found between level air pollution near kindergarten caused by vehicular discharge and prevalence of respiratory disease amongst preschool children. Two-way combined health effects of air pollution index and some risk factors indicating conditions of life were analyzed.
