The oil stabilization process in the centrifugal force fields of a hydrocyclone is developed with separation of light hydrocarbons, its purification from hydrogen sulphide by the special neutralize reagent and recirculation of the purified hydrocarbons for the additive in oil at stage of its dehydration and desalting. The residue gas is used as kiln fuel, and the products of interaction hydrogen sulphide with an absorber as biocyde in oil-and-gas branch. The offered system allows to raise ecological safety of sulfur-bearing oils preparation process.
