The some principles of methods for processing of data about environment condition and the synthesis of systems for monitoring of changes in an environment are considered. The applied aspect of ecoinformatics methods relates with the decision of specific targets for modelling of global biogeochemical and biocenotic processes with data processing in systems for the evaluation of physical-chemical parameters of water objects.
