Detector for hydrocarbons concentration measurement caused by evaporation from oil and oil products storage vessels |

Primary content of oil light ends in emissions at the expense of evaporation was established based on graphs of hydrocarbons losses and emission chromatogram from storage vessels. An IR detector was designed for hydrocarbons concentration measurement in emission from storage vessels. The hydrocarbon gas flow volume measurement method was suggested for calculation of light hydrocarbons mass losses.
