For the first time theoretical bases and software and technical implementation of technological decisions making sys-tem «Electronic agriculturist» are presented. In the system the challenge of optimum control of agricultural crops con-dition is solving on an example of long-term grasses. Such problem has some variants of realisation, depending on used technology. Result of making the technological decision is the best variant, by target or economic criterion of an opti-mality.
