In article results of modelling calculations of a surface runoff and dynamics of vegetation are presented. Calculations are made with use of global vegetation model «SEVER-DGVM» which has been created by collective the author from Germany, Sweden, the Great Britain and the USA. Modelling was made for territory of a river basin Don within the Belgorod and Rostov regions. For model improvement regional data on a climate, soils and vegetation are used.
