Ecological Systems and Devices Annotation << Back Packing Recycling: International Experience and Legislative Regulation N.R. Sokolova The review of special regulations concerning the cost-effective use of resources is presented at the address with packing, applied in Russia. The optimum situation is connectes with recycling of waste paper and glass. Especially difficult situation is in the sphere of recycling of a polymeric waste. Due to an insufficient efficiency of packing waste recycling activity in Russia, experience of EU countries and other states in an organization of this type of waste systems is considered in the article. Types of the organization of local authorities participation in packing waste separate collecting and ways of financing un different countries are systematized. Responsibility for separate collecting a packing waste («Dual system», PRO Europe – the European organization on packing utilization – Packaging Recovery Organisation Europe) is analysed in detail .
