Lihter Existing chemical means of struggle against blood-sicking insects are unsafe for health of the person and have anthropogenous influence on wildlife, and the means based on influence on insects of fields of the various physical nature, don’t meet requirements of ecological safety. For protection of people against blood-sicking insects the technical control mean behavior of insects, safe for people and the surrounding nature is offered. The choice of this device components on set of criteria with use of estimated function in the course of its designing is presented.
