Yanin Are the results of the study of peculiarities of mercury from the sewer in a small river and its behavior in river water in the zone of impact industrial city. Found that the waste water are highly uneven distribution of particulate and dissolved forms of mercury. This defines the heterogeneity distribution of mercury in river waters in the influence zone of the city. The current system of monitoring of river waters, based on the selection of individual samples, does not guarantee that during such a concentration of pollutants control adequately reflect their actual distribution. Organization in each hydrological season of the watercourse, dynamic observations of at least 10 consecutive days, taking into account the above structure of water flow, to learn enough to realistically evaluating distribution options in river waters of the chemical elements and their forms of migration.
