Sеrеdа M.A. Michailova S.N. Kostarev The way of sewage treatment ре the cultivated sanitary landfill municipal solid waste, realized in system of protection of an environment is offered. Conditions of nature-technical systems of recycling of waste products - dumps and landfill MSW are proved. Dangerous factors and the criteria determining ecological safety of closed ranges and dumps MSW are classified. The imitating model of management by landfill MSW and design decisions is developed at the choice of means and engineering constructions. The device of imitating modeling in which basis the functional dependences describing influence of the external natural environment on range TBO are put is applied. The basic technological circuit of management by range TBO with the help recirculation through dumps MSW of the filtrate preliminary processed by a solution of limy milk, directed on essential reduction of issues of biogas, concentration of polluting substances in a filtrate, reduction of probability of occurrence of fires and explosions by places of a burial place of waste products is proved. Approaches to mathematical modeling processes on the landfill MSW and are offered to creation of information system of the monitoring directed on early forecasting of dangerous situations.
