It is well known that the most radical way to solve any problem - is the elimination of the causes of its occurrence, ie change in production technology. In relation to the characteristics of mineral subsoil implementing this approach requires ranking geotechnology in general, the level of environmental risk, and form these geotechnology process – the degree of participation in the formation of each type of industrial impact on the environment from major geospheres Earth. Providing geo-environmental safety associated with the development of mineral resources of the fundamental scientific problem of geomechanics on the effect of unnatural stress on the processes occurring in the geodynamic structures of the lithosphere, and requires a two-pronged solution of a scientific problem, which includes, on the one hand, the disclosure of the patterns of the properties of natural objects of the lithosphere at technogenic invade them for minerals, on the other hand – definition of continuous reproduction with stable dynamic structures in which the lithosphere is not there and are not excited natural catastrophic events.
