Dynamics of production-destruction characteristics

Variability set the value of primary production and destruction in the development of enrichment cultures Scenedesmus quadricauda. Discusses the errors in the determination of the products during the succession of phytoplankton. An increase of the concentration of chlorophyll «a» in the culture of S. quadricauda proportion to the increase of biomass during growth with 1-x on the 12th day. After 9-days the rate of primary production slows down and there is an increase of degradation. However, the specific content of chlorophyll «a» in this case varies in different ways. These results suggest that in addition to the well-known errors when measuring primary production of oxygen and radiocarbon modifications, or chlorophyll method. There’s also another significant error. This error can occur, depending on what stage of succession are the phytoplankton community.
