Intensive development of modern technocratic civilization to a certain extent dependent on extensive in character development of its resource component. In this case, an irreversible human-induced absorption of space planetary ecosystem is growing much faster than its relaxation opportunities. Therefore the study of the processes of life-support in the spatial dimension becomes extremely high and universal significance. With regard to the characteristics of the mineral complex, along with the search application solutions for environmental safety of individual technologies and the extractive industries is essential understanding of the fundamental problems of the development of the mineral resources sector, as a major component of the geographical space, and the development of evidence-based principles for the development of mineral resources of space as natural and economic basis for the modernization of the Russian economy. With regard to the general problem of geographical space, the concept of space natural resources lithosphere can be defined as a system of territorial combinations of mineral deposits in general geospace.
