It was investigated the functional state of alga Chlorella pyrenoidosa culture as a closed experimental microecosystem at the development process on an optimal conditions using the electrical properties connected with the state of external membranes. It is fixed the presence of β–dispersion for cells Chlorella in diapason of frequencies 103…107 Hz. The maximum of cell’s activity observed at 7-th day for the 14-days growth curve in this range of frequencies. This date based on the character of electroconductivity dispersion, coefficient of viability, living cells part and indices of cell’s membrane permeability. With using the classical inhibitors of metabolism (2,4-DNF and DCMU) the experimental check of possibilities and adequacies of a designed research technique for estimation microalga electric properties in wide diapason of frequencies were realizated. It was grounded the recommendations of using the Chlorella culture as experimentl microecosystem for ecotoxicological purposes by method of electrospectroscopy at the present growth stage attached to cultivating the collection strains at the optimal conditions.
Keywords: microecosystem; microalgae; electrospectroscopy; dispersion of electroconductivity; coefficient of polarization; permeability.
