Development results of gas nanosensors
based on polymers. Part 1 |

Development results of gas nanosensors based on polymers are considered in the article. The developed devices are systematized according to construction features of their sensitive elements. Thus, three nanosensor groups are defined. Group 1 is devices sensitive elements of which have a covering only from polymer. Group 2 is nanosensors with the sensitive elements containing a covering from polymer with a layer of other material. Group 3 is devices sensitive elements of which have a covering from the composite based on polymer. The article consists of two parts. The information on basic technical characteristics of nanosensors of groups 1 and 2 is submitted in the first part. In particular, the information on the nomenclature of determined components, ranges of measurements, limits of detection, response time and recovery time is submitted.
