The main feature of modern society is a rapidly growing dependence on the volume of the extraction of mineral resources from the lithosphere. Performed theoretical generalizations and structural-functional analysis of the current status and characteristics of natural and technical systems development of mineral resources showed that the inevitable man-made destruction of the lithosphere initiates various scale changes in ecological status of all primary and secondary Geosphere Earth. The magnitude and intensity of environmental changes in the geosphere time determine inventory fields, stages of their development and an annual output of the company, and the extent of these changes in space depends on the structure and mechanisms of Geosphere transit and deposit them in the technological impacts and pollutants. Violation of natural ecosystems under the influence of the effects of technological change in the subsoil expressed in changes in their structural and functional organization, up to their complete transformation in tehnogeosistemy. As a general conclusion it can be noted that the issue of environmental safety in the development of mineral resources may be subdivided into several parts, determined through the unity of the ultimate goal, a global conflict between techno and the biosphere can be overcome by turning it into a series of local conflicts be resolved on the basis of various methodological approaches.
