The article presents the results of work to create a network of automated gauging early warning of floods on the rivers and inland waters. Proposed structure of the hardware and software of the system, the procedure for installing the primary sensor and transceiver stations. The mechanism of the configuration, setup, and operation of the system. A review of services developed software applications, special attention is paid to the logical structure of data storage monitoring and description of ergonomic user interface. The distinctive features of the system in comparison with the existing domestic and foreign counterparts. Show the scope of the automated system and further promising path of development both hardware and software components.
