Last century is characterised by intensive researches in the field of creation of various techniques and systems of estimation and forecasting of forest fire danger. It is caused by high fire activity in the various countries of the world, for example, during fire-dangerous seasons of 2009 in Australia, 2010 in the Central Russia, 2011 in the United States of America, 2012 in the Tomsk region of the Russian Federation. The reasons of fires are various enough. The project of creation of system of precision estimation of forest fire danger caused by action of focused sunlight is offered in present paper. It is offered to use the satellite data of radar-tracking sensing of the Earth surface. The methodology of forest fire danger estimation in the conditions of influence of the focused sunlight is described. The description of potential possibilities of use of a radar-location for classification of forests is presented.
