Geotechnical strategy of man-made component of natural and integrated development of technical systems with complicated structure of deposits is based on the limitations of relevant terms as a relaxation of geomechanical changes in the state sections of the lithosphere, which is produced from mining operations and conditions demutation biota of damaged ecosystems. The regularities of changes in the state of rock mass in the formation of it man-made cavities of varying size. It is shown that in general, the field of maximum values of the index array status asymmetric with respect to the position in space contour irregularities, and the rate of stress relaxation in this circuit directly proportional to the voltage and inversely proportional to the size of the inhomogeneity. With regard to the characteristics of mining and consider the sequence digressive-demutation shifts in phytocenosis disturbed biota, and it is shown that in the framework of the accepted model of coevolutionary interactions of antagonistic components considered natural and technical systems, the recovery process of the biota is necessary to consider the dynamics of biological productivity through edificator sinusia phytocenosis, which is given by the field area with a length of man-made destruction of the natural migration of species of seed-edificators .
