Ecological Systems and Devices Annotation << Back The analysis and assessment of influence of specialization on effektiv-nost of functioning of the enterprises for processing of secondary construction resources Lunev G.G. One of directions of increase of efficiency of functioning of the enterprises on processing of HRV is the development of specialization of production at all stages and levels of command: from the grassroots units to the upper structures. When specialization of production increases the ability of businesses to produce better products, in addition to specialized enterprises all elements of production costs per unit of output reduced. Thus, the cost price of products in specialised industries 3…5 % lower than in non-specialized. The experience of functioning of the enterprises for processing of various types of secondary construction resources shows that the greatest efficiency is reached at technological specialization of production on processing and recycling of certain types of HRV. Empirical studies show that the conditional supply of raw materials reduces unplanned downtime and additional costs of processing enterprises associated with the preparation works, adjustment and repair of high-performance and expensive equipment and improves the performance of processing by 35…40 %. In the survey were calculated comparative indicators of specialization and profitability of the processing organization that supports the conclusion that the growth of technological specialization has a positive effect on the performance indicators PCB processing enterprises of HRV and allows to increase production efficiency up to 25…30 %.
