Zherebina The presented article is devoted to the basic rules of safe specialists in stationary analytical laboratory, which is a combination of specially equipped spacious and bright spaces, each adapted to studies of samples of the objects of the natural environment (air, water and soil) of different physico-chemical methods for the purpose of quantitative determination of concentrations of specifi c pollutants. It details the requirements for fi re and electrical safety, says that the laboratory is available only to persons under 18 years of age who have passed a medical examination in overalls and personal protective equipment, observe all precautions when using toxic, explosive or fl ammable substances, as well as electrical installations with voltage up to 1 000 V, and vessels under pressure. Also special attention is paid to chemical reagents, their classifi cation depending on the purity and purpose, the storage methods in the workplace and on a separate warehouses, packaging, fi lling, pouring, and preparation for further quantitative analysis.
